There are quite many short explainer Scrum videos out there on Youtube but unfortunately, many of the core principles of Scrum is neglected. I have worked with quite many Scrum teams who was mislead by several of these short explainer videos. I made this video to help Scrum teams better understand Scrum but without cutting out the core principles of Scrum.
