If your company has chosen Scrum as the starting point, the Product Owner has an important role in this journey towards agility. However, I kept seeing companies not investing time to select the right person to be the Product Owner. In this video, I will share with you some guidance that you can use to select the right person to be the Product Owner and also some negative consequences that may happen when the appointed individual is not a Product Owner.
